Tyler has been doing serious business on the Internet since 2000, most recently managing technical projects and advocacy campaigns for a diverse mix of associations, corporations, non-profits and the federal clients. Tyler launched GSS in January 2013 with support from Georgetown's Startup Hoya Summer Launch Program. Rick started working in project management and communications/public relations in mid- 2010. Most recently, Rick worked with Major League Soccer club D.C. United, making contributions in areas such as media relations and gameday communications. Rick heads up creative development and manages DTD operations, serving as GSS's
"quality control." Combining his passion for sports with a strong business acumen, Rick recently earned his MPS degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University (SCS '13). With an academic background in graphic design and business, Vince's obsession with aggressive branding as applied to digital product design led him to getting his start working with the motorsports startups National Speed and Momentum Performance. Over the last four years, Vince has established himself as an expert in user experience and mobile web strategy, in which he has received international recognition for his work on a number of high-end web properties for Virginia Commonwealth University. Jordan is currently a senior at the University of Virginia pursuing his Bachelors in Systems Engineering. Jordan interned with GSS for the Summer 2014 and now works with the team on various projects as they arise. Previously, Jordan spent time interning at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he proposed and built a program to greatly improve efficiency in his department. He hopes to continue using this ingenuity and creativity to develop comprehensive solutions for startups and non-profits. Mission: Deliver the first personal DJ for your workout!
Goal: Develop custom Android app + Kickstarter campaign
Amplifi crafts the perfect workout playlist based on the musical characteristics to which you perform best. GSS is managing the first comprehensive integration of the new Google Fit SDK with heart-rate capable wearable devices (AngelBand, Samsung Gear Live, etc.) and third-party music services utilizing the EchoNest API.

Mission: Launch a Beautifully Designed, Easy-to-Update Website with an Aggressive Timeline and Budget
Goal: Increase key analytical metrics among the association's target audience.
The American Maritime Partnership (AMP) is the broadest, deepest coalition ever assembled to represent the domestic maritime industry. AMP's 450-plus members span the United States and its territories. GSS managed the entire website design and development process to deliver a comprehensive solution: rejuvenating the prestigious AMP brand within the digital space.

Mission: Improving the Experience of Delivering Construction Projects
Goal: Allow the CEO and CTO to more efficiently and effectively concentrate on their respective positions. Develop B2B sales and media relations / events strategy. Arrange VC meetings.
Deconstruction, Inc. has developed a wireless sensor and analytic solution to help construction managers save time and money on projects with real-time alerts, advice and predictive analytics. GSS is working with Deconstruction's co-founders, Brendan Robinson and James Sun, to improve internal business processes and external relations, enabling them to better fulfill their roles as CEO and CTO. From redesigning Deconstruction's website and social media presences, to making introductions to our VC connections, GSS is fully invested in the success of its client.
Interactive SMS: Text Messaging App
Mission: Create an Easy-to-Use SMS System for ICGA Members
Goal: Build a custom SMS messaging service for ICGA to update its members, in real-time situations.
ICGA is a grassroots membership organization with 5,000 members. ICGA maintains a high profile in the legislative arena in Springfield, IL and Washington, DC through the benefit of membership dues. The Illinois Corn Marketing Act precludes the use of corn checkoff dollars for legislative activities so ICGA utilizes its membership income for these activities.

Mission: Introducing the Dual-Mode Brimstone Missile to the U.S. Government
MBDA Missile Systems, Inc (USA), Arlington Virginia
MBDA Inc. is an American company, incorporated in the U.S. with headquarters in Arlington, VA, minutes from the Pentagon. MBDA Inc. is a subsidiary of MBDA Group, a global $4B missile systems company with more than 45 missile systems currently in use by more than 90 militaries worldwide. MBDA has retained Gray Street Solutions to manged the domestic social media and online adertising campaign in an effort to further advance the companies objective: Demonstrating that MBDA's Dual-Mode Brimstone is a superior missile to the current U.S.-contracted Hellfire.
Social Media Campaign Management
Mission: Increase NeW's Brand Awareness in the Digital Space, via its "2014 NeW Gentlemen's Showcase"
Goal: Increase participation and engagement among identified key demographics to promote the Gentlemen's Showcase campaign.
The Network of enlightened Women (NeW) was started as a book club where its members could read about ideas and people often forgotten on college campuses. In addition to the book club, many NeW chapters engage in activities such as hosting speakers, holding debates, participating in philanthropic events and having social events. GSS designed and deployed the 2014 NeW Gentlemen's Showcase Facebook application. GSS developed and is currently managing the promotional campaign for the scholarship contest.

VetPrestige is an elite online community for U.S. military veterans who have served honorably and graduated from a top 50 college or university. At it's core, VetPrestige provides advice for ROTC students and veteran alumni, connecting potential employers with elite level talent, providing professional development and high-level career progression.

Mission: Restyle and Enhance an Existing Web-based Application as a Native App
Goal: Construct a native mobile application that increases consumer engagement.
As part of Young Invincibles' efforts to increase awareness and participation among millennials about the Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act, GSS has been tasked to redesign an existing web-based app and rebuild it as a native android application.
